Refund policy

At Glow By Kainat, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following policy before requesting a return.

7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • Have all seals, labels, and packaging intact
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at glowbykainat@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos or videos of the product, where applicable

Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package.

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us immediately if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • An item is missing from your order

Please provide clear photos or an unboxing video so our team can review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products with broken or removed seals
  • Items returned without their original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a particular item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To purchase a different product, return the eligible item first. Once the return has been accepted, you may place a new order separately.

Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided after your request has been approved.

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by Glow By Kainat.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Your bank, card provider, or payment service may require additional time to reflect the refund.
